I am: Poetry Workshop

Let's come together with the writer, spoken word poet, arts educator, and wellness consultant Igho Diana in the second workshop of this series, I am: Poetry. This workshop will be a spoken word writing workshop exploring elements of written and performance poetry as a creative practice. Participants will learn different writing techniques for self-reflection; the art of storytelling; and performance-based poetry as tools for building self-confidence and self-efficacy.

Over the last ten years as a spoken word poet and five years as a facilitator, Igho has mastered the art of storytelling and community building. Join us for this creative wellness workshop as Igho walks us through self & community care using the art of poetry and the written word.
