Do you know a teen who is interested in working with kids? Would they like to build their skills and add to their resume during the winter holiday break?
LYNX (Leading Youth in Nature Experiences) Level One is an entirely online program for ages 14 to 17 that is open to all; no previous experience is required. Teens will learn about working with kids in the outdoors from the Humber Arboretum's professional nature educators, and earn a certificate they can add to their resume.
Level One graduates who live in the area have the option of continuing on to LYNX Level Two, an on-site training program that takes place at the Arboretum during the summer.
LYNX Level One is taking place Wednesday, January 3 to Friday, January 5 online and costs $210 plus HST for the full three days.
