Join Monarch from Project Soul and Sunflower from the Humber Arboretum for an experience where outdoor Meditation and our Urban Green space collaborate to unveil the hidden natural wonders inside-out. The event will include:
- guided observations of breath to help ground us
- a hike around the grounds of the Arboretum to awaken clarity
