National Tree Day Walk at the Humber Arboretum

Join Arboretum staff this Wednesday for a free Fall Changes and Tree ID Walk to celebrate National Tree Day on September 26.

This is National Forest Week in Canada, and the Humber Arboretum is celebrating with a free National Tree Day tour guided by the Humber Arboretum's Coordinator of Camps, Education, and Community Outreach, Jimmy Vincent. Join Jimmy for a lunch hour walk to learn how to ID some of the trees at the Arboretum and what to look for as the seasons change. There's more to fall colours than meets the eye!

You are welcome to bring your (portable) lunch to enjoy as we walk. Meet outside the Centre for Urban Ecology and please dress for the weather.

Lunch and Learns at the Humber Arboretum’s Centre for Urban Ecology offer free introductions to topics related to gardening, ecology, and sustainability. Bring your lunch and enjoy a casual learning environment overlooking the Arboretum grounds.

Where: Meet at the Centre for Urban Ecology, Humber Arboretum (At the back of Humber College North Campus)
