Nature Rx at the Humber Arboretum

In support of Humber College's Strategic Plan priority of promoting a healthy and inclusive community, the Humber Arboretum is pleased to offer an eight-part series of Nature Rx sessions in our outdoor classroom. Bring your lunch and enjoy the benefits of taking time to reconnect with nature this fall.

Each session will begin in the Arboretum’s outdoor classroom with Harold St. George (aka Monarch) from Project Soul, who will guide participants through techniques in natural mindfulness. Afterwards, take a short walk with Humber Arboretum Nature Interpreter Sunflower to discover a different area of the Arboretum each week.

Cost: $40 (plus tax & eventbrite fee) for all eight sessions
