Reminder: Town Hall to discuss the Employee Engagement Survey Results – Thursday at Lakeshore!!

President Whitaker and Ray Dyck, director of Organizational Effectiveness, will present the high-level findings of the 2014 Employee Engagement Survey conducted last November by CCI Research. 

Tuesday's Town Hall session at North was very well attended and resulted in great dialogue. Plan now to join us for lunch on Thursday, March 5th at Lakeshore (L1017) – to learn about the survey results. 

With an overall response rate of 50 per cent, analysis of the results will help us learn about ourselves and our levels of engagement and will guide the development of action plans to make improvements. Don’t miss this important opportunity to dialogue with colleagues about our shared place of work and learning!
