Mental Health Research: Trends and Technologies

Humber’s Research Analyst Program invites you to attend its fall research forum on October 3, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., G Commons, Lakeshore. This event will showcase professional and student researchers.

Deeply ingrained undesirable habits, and their kin, addictions, are scourges to mental health, social well-being, and a sense of personal freedom.  Yet, what measures can be taken to overcome them?
