Retirement Celebration for Betty Tam-Cheung

Retirement: Betty Tam-Cheung, Manager, Curriculum and Student Records

After 36 years of outstanding service and dedication to the Humber community, Betty Tam-Cheung has decided to retire at the end of December 2019.

Betty joined the Office of the Registrar in April 1983 and began working in the Student Records department. For many years, she was the sole keeper of the college’s curriculum, and has been a valuable and well-respected resource for all. For decades, Betty has been a cornerstone of all operations within the Office of the Registrar, and is renowned for always being the first one to lend a helping hand to anyone.

Her encouraging personality, dedication, and selfless hard work are an example for everyone to follow; and her vast knowledge of Humber history will be greatly missed by all.

We are sad to say goodbye to Betty, but we are happy that she can enjoy this next chapter of life with her family. Please join us in wishing Betty all the best in her retirement.

A farewell reception will be held in her honour on:
