Mark your calendars! President Whitaker and Ray Dyck, director of Organizational Effectiveness, will present the high-level findings of the 2014 Employee Engagement Survey conducted last November by CCI Research.  Plan now to attend one of two Town Hall sessions to be held next week – March 3^rd at North (Governor’s Boardroom) and March 5^th at Lakeshore (L1017) – to learn about the survey results. 

With an overall response rate of 50 per cent, analysis of the results help us learn about ourselves and our levels of engagement and will guide the development of action plans to make improvements.
