From Strength to Strength

On Monday, September 23 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., we will gather (virtually) and celebrate four years of Humber's BA-ERG!

Our very special guest is the founder of BA-ERG, Nancy Simms.

Nancy, the former Director for Human Rights, Equity & Inclusion at Humber Polytechnic, has dedicated her career to integrating human rights, equity, inclusion, and belonging into the college community.

She views education as a powerful tool for social change. Nancy also teaches Critical Race Theory at the University of Toronto Law School and is involved in the Transformative Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Leadership program at Humber.

Additionally, she works as a lead consultant in organizational development and is completing her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Policy. Recognized as a thought leader in her field, Nancy is frequently sought after for her expertise in promoting equity and inclusion across various sectors.

This is an opportunity for us to recognize and appreciate our strengths while looking ahead to the paths we can create.

If you are interested in celebrating with us, please let us know at baerg@humber.ca.
