Student Voices in Higher Education: Quality Assurance Perspectives and Practices Symposium

As professionals in academic quality assurance and enhancement, we’re accustomed to responding to the language of our accreditors and regulators, institutional narratives, and faculty perspectives. This event is an opportunity to engage in a national and global discussion about the means and motives for student involvement in quality assurance.

Join Humber and Centennial colleges for this inaugural symposium exploring promising practices and perspectives.

Keynote speakers

  • Francisco Marmolejo - Lead Tertiary Education Specialist, The World Bank
  • Stuart Brand -  Emeritus Professor and Consultant, Birmingham City University
  • Contributor, Student Engagement and Quality Assurance in Higher Education (2019)

Intended Audience

College and university professionals working in program planning, review and quality assurance, student union administrators and school representatives, as well as those interested in advancing student engagement in internal and external quality assurance activities will benefit from panel discussions, expert presentations and insights from our keynotes.
