We are excited to share details of the 2024 Support Staff Professional Development (SSPD) Event, which focuses on professional development for support staff. This year will mark our 34th year celebrating a support staff development event.

This year, the sessions will be delivered in-person and online over the course of four days from Monday, February 26 to Thursday, February 29.

Our support staff are vitally important in helping us deliver on our programs and services to students and employees. This year’s professional development sessions focus on growth and development, sustainability, and personal well-being and mental health. There will be 13 different workshops delivered on these topics.

Registration for the sessions is open to all support staff employees (full-time, part-time, casual, temporary) to participate in.
