This is the opening night of Swmming for Shore, which celebrates the Lakeshore community. This includes the show and a reception.

In celebration of Assembly Hall's 10th anniversary, the Humber School of Creative & Performing Arts presents Swimming for Shore, stories from the Lakeshore. Written by Rex Deverell, the play tells true stories about the Lakeshore neighbourhood told through funny, tender narrative and song.

It features 22 young thespians in the second year of Humber's Theatre Performance program, giving them the opportunity to work wioth noted Canadian actress Janet Amos.
