Join us on Wednesday, April 2 in the LRC Concourse for an exciting baking and culinary showcase celebrating Taiwanese and Japanese cuisine! 

Experience delectable creations at eight themed stations, featuring yakitori, dim sum, mochi, Japanese cheesecake, Taiwanese pineapple cake, guava and yuzu pastries, popping boba, and more—all sponsored by Kraft Heinz Canada. This event supports our students' upcoming journey to Taiwan and Japan in May, where they will immerse themselves in the vibrant culture and enjoy this exciting culinary experience first-hand.

Our talented Baking and Culinary students will also be demonstrating their skills through live cooking demos and will compete in an exciting pastry competition. Don’t miss your chance to support our aspiring chefs!
