Test Anxiety Workshop

Student Wellness and Accessibility Centre (SWAC), Counselling Service is excited to announce a workshop for students:

Test Anxiety Workshop:

 In this workshop students will learn about:

  • Anxiety, and how it relates to tests and exams
  • tools and strategies to help reduce their test anxiety
    • relaxation techniques
    • test preparation strategies 
    • ways to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns

Details:

  • Where: North Campus, Student Wellness and Accessiblity Centre, LRC 2nd, Floor, Rm 2037 (SWAC Boardroom)
  • When: Tuesday, December 5, 12:25 p.m. - 1:25 p.m. OR Wednesday, December 6th, 2017, 3:20 p.m. - 4:10 p.m.
  • For: Students who are feeling overwhelmed and/or experiencing stress and anxiety related to tests and exams

  • Print and post the attached poster
  • Post about Test Anxiety Workshop on Blackboard
  • Make an announcement about Test Anxiety Workshop  at the beginning of class

Students are not required to sign up in advance.
