Vegetarian Awareness Day

Students from the Nutrition & Healthy Lifestyle Promotion course will be presenting their final research projects on topics relating to vegetarianism and enviornmental sustainability, food technology trends, eating local and more! 

Join us and the School of Hospitality, Recreation and Tourism and learn more about the benefits of a plant-based diet on Wednesday, April 10 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the E Concourse at North Campus.
