Winterwood: Winter Tree Identification Tour at the Humber Arboretum

Take a walk around the Humber Arboretum to learn about the benefits of planting native trees and how to identify them during the winter.

Join the Etobicoke Master Gardeners (EMG) and the Humber Arboretum for an on-site walking tour of the Humber Arboretum’s trees. Learn about the native trees at the Arboretum, benefits to the environment and wildlife, how to identify the tree during the winter, and considerations for incorporating them into your garden.

Wear your walking shoes, dress for the weather and enjoy the gardens.

This virtual event is part of the Eco-Garden Community Workshop series hosted by the Etobicoke Master Gardeners and Humber Arboretum throughout the year.

When: Saturday, February 4 from 10 a.m. to noon
