More often than not, we feel overwhelmed with too much to do, deadlines to meet and it all becomes very stressful. This seminar, presented by Humber’s Counseling and Health Centre staff, will explore what stress is, it's physiological and psychological impact, and its role in mental illness; we will also look more specifically at workplace stress. Tools for self-care, stress management, and supporting others will be discussed and demonstrated. A brief overview of Mental Health First Aid will be provided at the end of the session. This session ends at 4 p.m.
