Over the past year, we’ve marked our 50th anniversary in lots of special ways. On January 17th, we will formally close out these celebrations with an unforgettable concert at The Royal Conservatory in downtown Toronto. The evening will feature some of Canada’s top jazz musicians, many who are Humber alumni and faculty. Proceeds from the evening support the Humber 50th Anniversary Scholarship Fund.
Outcomes based learning ensures consistency, transparency, and rigor in the learning process. Learning outcomes act as a guide for educators and learners and indicate what the learners will know and do by the end of a specified course or program. They are meant to align teaching materials and assessments. In this workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of outcomes based learning and practice aligning curriculum to meet the needs of diverse learners. Please bring a course outline from a course you teach to apply the principles.
