Mindset has a fundamental impact on how people approach challenges and perceive failure. This workshop introduces Carol Dweck's fixed and growth mindsets and explores how each affect teachers and students. Participants will leave with a better understanding of student behaviour and how to give feedback that fosters the growth mindset.
