Dear Colleagues,

On May 15, 2013, over 145 golfers took to the links at Glen Eagle Golf Club in Bolton Ontario, participating in the inaugural Humber College Classic Golf Tournament. Together with our corporate sponsors, this group of golfers managed to raise over $21,000 in support of Humber’s scholarships and awards program. To label the event a success would be an understatement, and I would like to thank everyone for generously supporting this event. I would also like to thank the organizing committee who gave of their time, energy and spirit to nurture an idea and host an event that we will continue to look forward to year after year. As our President, Chris Whitaker has often said, a great institution is built upon a foundation of great traditions. The Humber College Classic will undoubtedly become one of those great traditions.
