Get ready to celebrate the Canada Day weekend with a sweet taste of the land!

Maple syrup harvested from the Humber Arboretum sugar bush will be on sale again this Wednesday, June 27 from noon to 4:30 p.m. 

Maple leaf-shaped 50ml bottles are available at $7.50 each. 

Syrup will be on sale inside the Centre for Urban Ecology, on the grounds of the Humber Arboretum (the CUE is the glass building with the red door at the top of the path).

Did you know? Harvesting sap from the Humber Arboreutm's sustainable urban sugar bush is part of the educational programming offered both to school groups visiting the Arboretum and to our March Break Nature Campers, while the process of boiling the sap down into syrup is done in partnership with Humber College's Culinary Program!
