Fitness Classes & Personal Training

Did you know that full-time students as well as staff and faculty have free access to the gyms (when not being used), the Fitness Centre and all the fitness classes on our schedule? Did you know that you have access to our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers at a discounted rate? 

This year we have a few new classes for you to check out. Ever wonder what the big blue unit is in the cardio area? We have two classes for you to learn about what you can do with it. Synrgy is offered on Mondays from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and on Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. 

Also be sure to check out our Wellness Walks. These walks will be through the Arb with Certified Fitness Instructors and can be done with the Urban Poles (we supply the poles) to help you work more muscles and burn more calories or you can join us for the walk without the poles. Why not take a break from your day on Mondays at 1:10 p.m., Wednesdays at 12:10 p.m. and Fridays at 11:05 a.m. and get some steps in outdoors!
