I am very pleased to announce Mathew Sebastian joined our Human Resources team as Manager, Compensation & Benefits effective January 7, 2019.

Mathew has many years of HR experience in a variety of industries including manufacturing, banking, retail and academia. His focus over the last several years has been compensation research and design, total rewards, merit-based pay programs and job evaluation in both non-union and unionized environments. For the last seven years, Mathew was responsible for compensation and job evaluation at The University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT) where he was instrumental in developing the new job evaluation program.

Mathew is a life-long learner with credentials that include a B. Comm., Bachelor of Law, Post Grad Certificate in HR Management, Masters in HR Management and a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation. Mathew has worked with several HR systems, has a keen interest in analytics and appreciates the opportunity to partner with others on organizational initiatives.
