The University of Guelph-Humber Student Life Department, along with the Black Academic Success & Engagement (BASE), invite the University of Guelph-Humber and the Humber community to watch Hidden Figures. Free popcorn provided!

Watch the stories of Katherine Johnson (Taraji P. Henson), Dorothy Vaughan (Octavia Spencer), and Mary Jackson (Janelle Monáe) come to life. These women helped shape NASA's space program, and played a vital role in launching John Glenn and the Friendship 7 into space in the early 1960s.

The BASE has organized a student panel to encourage a thoughtful community discussion following the movie.
