Please join Human Resources in welcoming Sonia Grewal in the role of Human Resources Business Partner on February 13, 2019. We are very excited to have Sonia join our team.

Sonia is a highly skilled and experienced HR professional who joins us with more than 11 years of unionized and non-unionized HR experience which includes 10 years with SNC-Lavalin in the roles of Training and Development Team Leader, Labour Relations Specialist and, most recently, as a Human Resources Business Partner. In her role of Business Partner, she supported the Clean Power sector by providing advice and guidance to management in the areas including resource planning, corporate culture change, performance management, talent management.

Sonia holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations and Sociology from the University of Toronto, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
