Join us on campus for a Mood Walk to benefit your mental health.

Mood Walks for Campus is an initiative that encourages physical activity as a way to improve both physical and mental health. This free, flexible and fun opportunity is open to all students, staff and faculty at the University of Guelph-Humber and Humber College.

Everyone who attends a Mood Walk will be entered into a draw to win a Coleman Elate 14 liter Hydration Backpack!
