Humber Employee Engagement Survey (November 17-28) – Why does it matter? 
A year 2 business plan initiative that is directly linked to the goals and commitments identified in the institutional strategic plan, understanding our employees perspectives and levels of engagement is a key component of resourcing and supporting our Foundations for Success. 

The anonymous, online survey will be conducted by an external research firm that will administer the survey, collect and analyze the data. CCI Research will produce reports that will be used by college leaders to better understand the collective engagement of our employees in areas that include: the work environment; internal communications; resource allocation; professional development; and recognition. 

To action our commitment to ongoing support of our Foundations for Success, we need your input. Your participation is essential to ensure that we get as complete and accurate a reflection of views as possible. Data gleaned from the survey will support action planning and the development of recommendations which will be used to inform resource allocation and continuous improvement efforts.
