Remember when Spring meant skipping on the playground at recess?!

Join us on March 19 anytime between 11a.m. to 2p.m. in Gym A for a Skipping Workshop by David Kittner

Skipping is a great workout:

  • It burns calories
  • It is a basic plyometric (makes it ideal for sports conditioning)
  • It improves cardioresipratory fitness
  • It improves coordination
  • It can be done with minimal equipment inside and outdoors
  • It adds variation to a routine

Cost:  either a canned good or $2

ALL participants will receive a FREE Humber skipping rope!!
