Launch Me workshops aim to help students and alumni receive the training and skills they need to take their business idea to the next level. There are three sections for the workshop series, with topics including the Lean Canvas, Business Plan Development, and Business Pitch training. The Launch Me competition required a completed application and business plan. In the 2018-2019 academic year, there were twenty-two (22) applicants of which eight (8) were selected as our finalists, with five (5) being selected to win $20,000 in prizes, to launch their business venture. The eight (8) finalists had a chance to pitch their business idea in front of the CfE’s panel of judges, comprised of eight experts gathered from the GTA’s entrepreneurial network.

- Nadia Lef, Michail Lefkopoulos ($5,000)
- Armenix, Ghazaros Mkrtchyan ($2,500)
- Give A Shit, Sarah DeDonato ($2,500)
