The Office of the Registrar is looking for staff and faculty volunteers to assist with the Fall 2019 Convocation ceremonies. The ceremonies will take place at The Toronto Congress Centre, North Building on Thursday, November 7. The full schedule can be found here.  

Duties include:

• Gowning
• Directional Support

There are three shifts for the event. You may sign up for one or more shifts:

• 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
• 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.
• 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.

If you are interested in volunteering, please sign up using the Doodle link by Friday, October 11.

Please ensure you obtain approval from your manager if you would like to volunteer for Convocation during your regularly scheduled shift. We appreciate any support during Humber College's Convocation to make it memorable for our graduates and guests.
