Intro to Human-Centered Design

In this fundamental workshop, we will explore human-centered design, a design management framework that develops solutions to problems by involving the human perspective in all steps of the problem-solving process. Understanding this framework is the underpinning of design thinking and a critical first step towards creating change within organizations.

Lunch will be provided.

Feel free to bring your laptop so you can follow along with the information.
