Trans Day of Remembrance (TDOR)
Join the LGBTQ+ Resource Centre and First Year Experience as we recognize the Trans Day of Remembrance and honour those who have been lost as a result of anti-transgender violence, and bring attention to the continued violence endured by the trans community.
The event will include a reading of the names of those who have been killed this year, our speaker Leon sharing her words with us, and then ending the event by with a Q-talk. (Q-talks are a discussion group program that regularly takes place in the LGBTQ+ Resource Centre)
The event will take place at both North and Lakeshore campuses.
