Didn’t have time for breakfast before leaving home this morning? Looking for a fresh cup of coffee and pastry when you arrive on campus? You will be pleased to know that The Spot is now serving a hot breakfast menu.
If you arrive to campus by bus or park in lots 3-6 you will want to check-out the new ALL-DAY BREAKFAST menu. The Spot is conveniently located just inside the doors of the Barrett CTI building tucked away under the spectacular staircase.
Doors open at 8 a.m. and feature two new hot breakfast meals alongside freshly baked pastries and quality organic and fair trade Colombian coffee from Propeller Coffee Co., a local micro-roaster based in Toronto.
The Spot’s Brand Ambassador, Tanya, is pleased to serve up the new all-day breakfast made-to-order menu featuring fresh cage-free eggs in these two meals:
- Big Breakfast $5.19 – scrambled eggs, hash brown, bacon or sausage and texts toast
- Breakfast Fold $3.89 – scrambled eggs, tomato, bacon and cheddar folded in a tortilla wrap
Open from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., The Spot offers a refreshing and tranquil experience serving up fresh foods with a commitment to waste reduction and using local seasonal ingredients.
Lunch is served daily from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and features three daily entrees – vegetarian, vegan and meat using root-to-stem techniques and waste-not culinary strategies with dine-in dishware options to reduce packaging waste on campus.
