Sustainability Ideas Exchange

You are invited to a Sustainability Ideas Exchange for Humber staff and faculty on Friday, March 13 at 2 p.m. to 3:15 p.m. at the Lakeshore Campus Welcome Centre, WEL304A Boardroom.

This is an informal session of exchanging best practices and exploring opportunities to engage with sustainability initiatives.

A special guest from the Global Polytechnic Alliance (GPA) will be joining us. Per Fischer Nielsen, from one of Humber’s partner insitutions, VIA University College in Denmark, will be sharing his strategies to bring the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into the classroom.

Representatives from the Office of Sustainability and the International Centre will also share how you can play a part in exciting sustainability initiatives that positively impact the Humber community.

Light snacks and beverages will be served. Please bring your own reusable water bottle/mug if possible.

If you are interested in attending, please contact Lara McInnis before 12 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10 at lara.mcinnis@humber.ca.
