I am pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Warner as Interim Chief Advancement Officer, effective April 16th, 2012.

Kim has worked closely with Julie Castle and the Advancement & Alumni Relations team since her arrival in June 2010. Since starting Kim has been instrumental in securing major gifts for Humber and its academic schools.

Prior to joining Humber, Kim worked at York University as the Chief Development Officer for the Faculty of Science and Engineering and the Faculty of Health leading various development and fundraising initiatives in support of York’s $200 million York to the Power of 50 Campaign. Kim holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Manitoba and is a graduate of our Fundraising and Volunteer Management Program.

As part of the senior team, Kim will continue to focus on the leadership, management, planning and direction of Humber’s fundraising and advancement initiatives.

A search for a new Chief Advancement Officer will commence once we have hired our new President.
