HRMS – Updated Payroll Calendar is Now Available

The updated Payroll Calendar for the December 2020 - April 2021 months is now available on the HR website.

There is some important information that can be found on the Payroll Calendar, which includes:

  • Deadline for employees to submit their Time Cards
  • Deadline for managers & delegates to approve the submitted Time Cards
  • Deadline for managers to submit the completed contracts
  • Deadline for employees to accept and eSign contracts
  • Deadline for absences and leave submissions and approvals
  • Deadline to submit payment authorization form
  • Holiday closure dates
  • Reading week dates
  • Payslip visibility and pay deposit dates
