Ingredients:
- 1 can flaked tuna, in water
- 2-3 tbsp mayo
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 tbsp green onion, roughly chopped
- 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Half a cucumber, sliced
Method:
- Drain juice from the can of tuna, place tuna in a bowl
- Combine all ingredients excluding cucumber
- Slice cucumber and place tuna mix on top of individual pieces
