I am pleased to announce that Dr. Dave Smiderle has accepted the position of Associate Dean, Continuous Professional Learning (CPL) at the Faculty of Applied Sciences and Technology (FAST), effective April 5, 2021.  

Possessing a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and recognized credentials in Change and Knowledge Management, Dave's education and experience enhances what FAST will offer in non-post-secondary learning.

Dave comes from a rich background of consulting and providing continuous and professional learning to the private sector within several industries, along with having over 14 years' experience in polytechnic institutions. Over the last two years, Dave has been providing change management and internal continuous professional learning support to Humber and specifically FAST and has also been teaching part-time in the Faculty of Business in the areas of Entrepreneurship and Research Methods.
