If you answered yes to any of the questions then our nutrition workshop “Easy Breakfast: Tips, Recipes and Resources for the Busy Individual” is the place for you!

Learn about nutrient dense foods to fuel your busy day as well as recipes you can make at home.

Some topics our workshop will cover:

  • Strategies to incorporate breakfast more frequently to ensure adequate energy throughout busy days
  • Identifying nutrient-dense breakfast foods to maximize satiety, focus and energy during busy days
  • Execute fast and to-go breakfast recipes to fit a busy schedule and reduce skipped meals or overeating during other meal times

This workshop is being presented by 4th semester Nutrition and Healthy Lifestyle Promotion students and will take place via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, April 7 at 4:30 p.m.
