The Centre for Innovation in Health and Wellness (CIHW) as part of its strategic priority to support healthy and inclusive communities is excited to collaborate with SWEL to launch Mindfulness@Humber.
This initiative will offer virtual and in-person guided mindfulness meditation sessions to all members of the Humber community throughout the semester. Participants can register into any session and choose the format that works best for them.

Virtual Sessions through Teams: 20 minutes

Thursdays | October 13, 20 and 27 | 10 a.m. to 10:20 a.m., 12 p.m. to 12:20 p.m. |
Fridays | Oct ober 14, 21 and 28 | 10 a.m. to 10:20 a.m. |
In-Person Sessions: 30 minutes
