Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop

This workshop is available to all Humber College and the University of Guelph-Humber employees. Participants will leave this workshop with a solid foundation and understanding of mindfulness and meditation and will experience a variety of activities and practices. Topics covered will include: 

  • Benefits of mindfulness
  • Differences between meditation and mindfulness
  • Elements for a successful practice
  • How to incorporate the practice into your life
  • Several guided meditation practices
