Join the Office of Sustainability from March 9-30 to celebrate Humber Earth Month 2023!
From virtual workshops co-facilitated by ReImagine17 to in-person wellness activities guided by Isaac Crosby, there will be many opportunities for you to learn about and engage in sustainability.

- Radical Imagination Workshop - CCR Certified - March 9, 1 - 2 p.m., @Microsoft Teams
In a session co-facilitated by ReImagine17, you will learn how to exercise radical imagination to create a more sustainable and equitable world through a critical approach to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This event is part of SDG Week Canada.
- Sustainability x BSSE x IE&E - Seed, Soil, Sun: Getting your Garden Started During Winter - March 21, 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., @ North Campus Centre for Urban Ecology
Learn how to start a garden at home with Black Ojibway Humber alum Isaac Crosby. In this guided gardening session, you will learn about what seeds to get started in the winter, watering tips, and much more. Event for BIPOC students.
- Sustainability x FYE - Building Resilience Through Rest - March 21, 12 - 2 p.m., @ North Campus LRC Concourse and March 22, 12 - 2 p.m., @ Lakeshore Campus G Commons
Rest is an important part of sustainability work. Come by for an event full of wellness related activities, snacks, and resources.

Learn more about the sustainability field by chatting with different organizations that work in the environmental sector. Stop by a photo booth to enter CICan's ImpAct Challenge, shop gently used clothes (Lakeshore only), and enjoy light snacks and Fairtrade coffee.
