Mindfulness Session @ Lakeshore

Want to learn and practice mindfulness skills that will help you manage stress and anxiety? Mindfulness@Humber, in partnrship with the Principal's Office Lakeshore, will be hosting a free mindfulness session on Monday, March 13 from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.

Location: L Building, Room L1017 (19 Colonel Samuel Smith Park Dr.) 

Open to staff, faculty and students. An instructor will lead sessions in an environment free of distraction and judgement, allowing participants to focus on their thoughts and emotions freely.
