- Cheese and accompaniments: gruyère soufflé, assorted cheese, spiced nuts and pineapple chutney
- Chicken chasseur with green beans, toasted pecans, glazed carrots and rice pilaf
- Bronzini en papillote with pommes nature, parsley butter and spring carrots
- Salmon supreme "Sous vide" with snow pea coulis, roasted bell pepper coulis, parsnip flan and shaved fennel slaw
