Summer 2023 International Orientation activities are underway!
Incoming international students have access to a range of activities both in-person and virtually to facilitate their transition to the Humber community including:
- Virtual campus tours (North, Lakeshore, International Graduate School - IGS)
- Travel to Canada webinars
- Welcome to Humber - Virtual Orientation
- Intro to athletics and recreation at Toronto Metropolitan University (IGS)
- How to navigate the Humber library - virtually
- Morcare Student Health Insurance
- In-person orientation sessions complete with games and opportunities to meet other students and introduce staff and services
- Finding Your 1st Job in Canada series
- Applying for SIN - Service Canada
- Webinars related to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada processes (including Study Permit Extension, Co-op Work Permits, Temporary Resident Visas, and Post-Graduation Work Permits)
These activities complement Humber-wide Orientation activities happening during the coming weeks.
