The Spring 2023 Convocation will be held in-person again at the Toronto Congress Centre from Tuesday, June 13 to Friday, June 16. As in previous years, ceremonies will be held at 10 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m., with the final ceremony being held Friday at 10 a.m. Please refer to the included Faculty breakdown for each ceremony. The date and time for specific programs is listed on the Convocation website using the Find Your Ceremony feature.

We ask that faculty members keep in mind that Tuesday, May 16 is the cut-off date for grade changes and late grade submission for Winter 2023 and is also the last day that a student can apply to attend Spring 2023 Convocation. Students who meet graduation criteria after this date will be invited and included in the Fall 2023 Convocation.

Students eligible to attend convocation have been invited via email and were given instructions on how to apply to attend.  Reminder emails will continue to be sent until the application date of Tuesday, May 16.   

Important: Only graduates who apply to attend convocation will be permitted to participate at their in-person ceremony. Each graduate who applies to attend convocation will be provided three (3) guest tickets. We will live stream the event, so any additional guests are able to watch their graduate cross the stage. Children over the age of two require a ticket. Graduates who do not apply or reply no will have the opportunity to participate in a photo opportunity event in August 2023. This group of graduates will receive additional communication in relation to the photo op in July.
