Humber Digital Fluency Consultations

Humber's Digital Campus Plan focuses on digital fluency as a key priority for supporting equity, innovation, and success at Humber. Work is underway to identify and develop opportunities for students, staff, and faculty to gain and/or enhance their digital fluency skills.

To date, Humber has launched an environmental scan and now we'd like to invite all faculty and staff to join a conversation where we'll discuss what digital fluency means to Humber, how it is currently demonstrated in our daily work, and what support might be needed to help us prepare for the future (student consultations will occur separately).

Please join us for a facilitated discussion about digital fluency at Humber. There are several dates available (days and times listed below) where participants can share their thoughts, ask questions, and engage with each other about what we do and where we're headed.

Session options:

  • Thursday, June 15, 11 a.m.-12 p.m.
  • Friday, June 16, 2-3 p.m.
  • Monday, June 19, 10-11 a.m. or 2-3 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 27, 3-4 p.m.

To register for one of the sessions, please complete the following form by Tuesday, June 13. You will need your Humber credentials to access the registration form.

Closer to the date of your selected session, you will receive an email with the MS Teams link for the session and additional resources (including the environmental scan mentioned above) that provide context for the project.

We're looking forward to the conversation!
