Ginger Grant, PhD, is the Dean of Research & Innovation at Humber College in Toronto, Canada and member of the Council on Innovation and Commercialization with the Conference Board of Canada. An Innovation Researcher, academic entrepreneur and activist, Ginger’s passion is Innovation Management - the design, development and implementation of innovation strategies that transform corporate culture, and drive engagement and high-performance teams for competitive advantage. A frequent international speaker, she has held senior leadership positions and consulted in a variety of fields including engineering, telecommunications, education, transportation, government, law, software development, gaming and the creative industries. Ginger also holds a Black Belt 2nd Dan from Innovation 360, a global consultancy which helps organizations become innovation ready through a data-driven methodology and a suite of tools for innovation management.
