Human Rights and Harassment Training

The Ontario Human Rights Commission requires that all employers provide ongoing education and training on the organization’s human rights policy. All Humber employees (full-time, non-full-time, work-study) are required to update their knowledge of Humber’s Human Rights Policy and Complaint Resolution Procedures every two years.

This online, asynchronous workshop on Blackboard will provide an introduction to Ontario Human Rights Code, discrimination, harassment, and Humber’s Human Rights and Harassment Policy. Learners will gain an understanding of their rights and responsibilities and how all these concepts intersect and interact in the learning and working environment.
